    As part of a planned migration and due to unannounced changes in USPS API pricing policy, we have placed our USPS integration into maintenance as of Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

    The maintenance is expected to last until the end of the week. During that maintenance window we will:

    • migrate to new USPS APIs

    • collect all the necessary credentials from USPS users

    If you import USPS trackers in Shipup, please follow steps 1 to 3 described here and share your credentials to your representative.

    ⚠️ These credentials are highly sensitive and must be shared via a secure channel (for example, a temporary link from a password manager). Any credential sent directly via email will be considered compromised.

    We'll be performing scheduled maintenance on February 20th to improve the speed and reliability of Shipup's merchant Back-Office. This update will take place outside of regular business hours at 8PM UTC+1 for an estimated duration of 1 hour to minimize disruption.

    During this time, the Back-Office may be temporarily unavailable as we complete the upgrade. All other services will stay online. We expect everything to be back online shortly after the maintenance window.

    Summary

    Zendesk is deprecating legacy private key authentication for third-party integrations.

    To remain compliant and secure, both of Shipup’s integrations with Zendesk will transition to OAuth authentication in January.

    All existing Zendesk connections must be re-authenticated before January 31, 2026.

      • The ability to create Zendesk tickets from Shipup

      • The ability to view Shipup tracking information within Zendesk

    • Support App users: reinstall the app via the Zendesk Marketplace and authorize using OAuth.

    • API Integration users: re-connect via Shipup Back Office using the “Authenticate with Zendesk” button.
