    After investigation, we assume it is linked to the geocoding system we are using. We are continuing the investigation.

    We already deployed a temporary fix that allows us to properly ingest orders that are not subject to the geocoding issue.

    We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident. We have identified periodic reports older than 6 months that are getting sent every hour with data that goes back far in time. We have remediated the repeated sending and are now working on a patch to give an end to this issue early next week. Missed and/or erroneous reports will be caught up as soon as the fix is deployed. All other reports (incidents reports, one-time reports and periodic reports created in the last 6 months) are working as expected.
