Shipup - Notice history

Due to an outage of one of our internal services, we experienced issues processing webhook/ftp carrier events.

• Requests from carriers to our webhook endpoints were dropped. If the carrier does not have a retry policy, these events would have been lost.

• Events fetched from FTP carriers may have been imported later into Shipup.

We experienced issues with our document database, resulting in stale data possibly being displayed on the platform. We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result.

We are experiencing issues processing background jobs on the Shipup platform. This is impacting most of our functionality: carrier events fetching, order syncing, notifications sending and reporting.
