Shipup - Notice history

Hello, We want to make you aware of a scheduled maintenance for approximately 15 minutes on Sunday 19/11/2023 at 21h30 UTC time. Even if the window is 15 minutes, the actual maintenance will probable be more around 5 minutes. We will be using this time to upgrade our database to a bigger instance. ----------------- This operation will impact those services that won't be available: - API: * GET Orders / Trackers * POST Orders / Trackers - Access to the Shipup back-office - Chrome extension - Retrieving Feedback from customers -------------- These services will keep running as usual: - API: * POST Delivery Date Estimation (Smart Delivery Estimates + ShipupETA library) - Tracking page access by end users -------------- These services will keep be paused during the maintenance and restart without impact after the maintenance: - Webhooks - Retrieving of events from the carriers - Sending of notifications - Order-fetching integrations (Magento, Shopify, Prestashop) - Third-party integrations (Zendesk, Gorgias, Klaviyo) ---------------------- We appreciate your patience and your understanding.
