Due to an outage of one of our internal services, we experienced issues processing webhook/ftp carrier events.
Requests from carriers to our webhook endpoints were dropped. If the carrier does not have a retry policy, these events would have been lost.
Events fetched from FTP carriers may have been imported later into Shipup.
