Shipup - Notice history

Hello, We want to make you aware of a 15 minutes scheduled maintenance on Sunday 21/07/2023 at 21h30 UTC time. It will probably be shorter than that... We will use this time to upgrade our database network. ----------------- Some services won't be available: - API: * GET Orders / Trackers * POST Orders / Trackers - Access to the Shipup back-office - Chrome extension - Retrieving Feedback from customers -------------- Some services will keep running as usual: - API: * POST Delivery Date Estimation (Smart Delivery Estimates + ShipupETA library) - Tracking page access by end users -------------- We will pause some services during the maintenance and resume them without impact after the maintenance: - Webhooks - Retrieving of events from the carriers - Sending of notifications - Order-fetching integrations (Magento, Shopify, Prestashop) - Third-party integrations (Zendesk, Gorgias, Klaviyo) ---------------------- We appreciate your patience and your understanding.
