Notifications are taking longer than usual to be processed and sent to the customers
We had an issue on Saturday 27th where notifications were created but not sent for a few hours.
This incident has been resolved. If you notice any missing orders, please contact us via the support channel as soon as possible.
After investigation, we assume it is linked to the geocoding system we are using. We are continuing the investigation.
We already deployed a temporary fix that allows us to properly ingest orders that are not subject to the geocoding issue.
We are experiencing issues with the order ingestion system. Some orders were not imported into Shipup from different apps (including FTP, Mirakl, Prestashop, etc.).
We implemented a fix to synchronize Chronopost Pickup Points and are currently monitoring the result.
This incident has been resolved.
