We currently cannot fetch any events from Carrier DPD France.

- all Mondial Relay claims are out of sync since the beginning of the incident
- Mondial Relay claim creation is down

We are seeing instability on the authentication process to Mondial Relay Claims.
As a result, the majority of Mondial Relay claims are out of sync since 8:30am today.
Mondial Relay Claim creation is also unstable.
We are currently investigating this incident.

We'll be performing scheduled maintenance on February 20th to improve the speed and reliability of Shipup's merchant Back-Office. This update will take place outside of regular business hours at 8PM UTC+1 for an estimated duration of 1 hour to minimize disruption.
During this time, the Back-Office may be temporarily unavailable as we complete the upgrade. All other services will stay online. We expect everything to be back online shortly after the maintenance window.
