We want to make you aware that Monday 26 October 2026 at 06:00 UTC, we will add new IP addresses to our infrastructure to increase the scalability and reliability of our system.
The system will remain operational during this period.
Customers who use IP allowlisting must update their configuration to include the four new IP addresses listed below, while keeping the existing IP address already authorized. This is can be the case if you are using eCommerce integrations, webhooks or FTP authorizations.
Updated list of IP addresses to allow:
34.77.189.135 - ✅ existing IP, keep authorized
35.205.246.156 - 🚧 new IP to add
34.53.206.113 - 🚧 new IP to add
34.34.185.80 - 🚧 new IP to add
34.78.203.17 - 🚧 new IP to add
This update is typically handled by your technical or IT team on your firewalls, FTP/SFTP servers, or any system managing inbound access. If you shared Shipup IP to external partners (ex: carriers) in the past, they need to do the same operation on their system.
If the new IP addresses are not allowlisted before October 26, 2026, requests sent from our infrastructure may be rejected by your systems. This could interrupt data exchanges between our platforms, including order tracking, webhooks, file access, or similar flows.
No action is required if you do not use IP allowlisting.
Please complete this update before October 26, 2026. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact support@shipup.co.
