    We have also implemented additional safeguards to help prevent similar issues from occurring again.

    We've had a major issue as part of Zendesk's ongoing efforts to migrate from API Key usage to OAuth. On September 2nd, an incident caused us to lose all valid OAuth tokens. We will contact with necessary actions to restore the integration
