We want to make you aware of a coming routine maintenance of our database.

This operation will impact the following services. They will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window:
- API:
* GET Orders / Trackers
* POST Orders / Trackers
- Webhooks
- Order-fetching integrations (Magento, Shopify, Prestashop)
- Access to the Shipup back-office
Once the maintenance is over, all services will become available again.
If you send orders and trackers to Shipup using our REST API, please make sure you have a retry mechanism in place to retry the API calls that would be performed during this maintenance (they will fail with an HTTP status 503 during this time).

These services will keep running as usual:
- API
* POST Delivery Date Estimation (Smart Delivery Estimates + ShipupETA library)
- Sending notifications to end-consumers
- Tracking pages
- Displaying order informations in 3rd party apps (Zendesk, Gorgias)
