    Hello, We want to make you aware that on Sunday, July 04th at 20:00 UTC, there will be a scheduled downtime for approximately 5 minutes. We will be using this time to perform routine maintenance on our database. ----------------- This operation will impact the following services. They will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window: - API: * GET Orders / Trackers * POST Orders / Trackers - Webhooks - Order-fetching integrations (Magento, Shopify, Prestashop) - Access to the Shipup back-office Once the maintenance is over, all services will become available again. If you send orders and trackers to Shipup using our REST API, please make sure you have a retry mechanism in place to retry the API calls that would be performed during this maintenance (they will fail with an HTTP status 503 during this time). -------------- These services will keep running as usual: - API * POST Delivery Date Estimation (Smart Delivery Estimates + ShipupETA library) - Sending notifications to end-consumers - Tracking pages - Displaying order informations in 3rd party apps (Zendesk, Gorgias) ---------------------- We appreciate your patience and your understanding.
